Do you offer both online and face-to-face sessions?

We are unfortunately unable to offer face-to-face (in-person) sessions right now, but this service will be available again very soon. Online sessions are currently available and conducted via secure video conferencing platforms.

How long are the sessions?

Counselling and hypnotherapy sessions typically last 50 minutes, but they can last longer depending. A group or family session can last from 60 minutes to 90 minutes.

What if I’m nervous or unsure about starting counselling?

That’s completely normal. Many people feel a bit anxious or unsure before their first session. Starting counselling can be a big step, especially if you’ve never done it before.

You're not expected to know exactly what to say or where to begin. We'll go at your pace, and you’re always in control of what you choose to share. My role is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of pressure, so you can settle in and take things one step at a time.

Is everything I say in counselling confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a core part of the counselling relationship. What you share in your sessions stays private and is treated with the utmost respect.

The only exceptions are if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else, or if I'm legally required to disclose information, but we would always talk about this together if it ever came up.

This safe and confidential space is designed to help you speak freely and feel secure as we work through whatever’s on your mind.
