Pricing and Service

The service provided by I am I feel Therapy is professional and confidential counselling in close proximity to East London and South Essex, but we also cover nationwide via virtual online sessions.

​

We are currently working remotely at present but will be resuming 'in person', face to face sessions very soon. We can also offer phone sessions and email therapy, for those finding physical and visual interaction uncomfortable and overwhelming.

                                                                                                                                      
    

Counselling & Hypnotherapy Sessions - via Phone or Videocall currently

£70 - Standard Hypnotherapy Session (50 mins)

£50 - Individual Counselling Session (50 mins)
£35 - Counselling Concessions (50 mins) - Limited Spaces

£20 each - Group Sessions enquire about any running at present (60-90 mins)

£70 - Couples Counselling (60 minutes)

£70 - Family Session up to 4 (60 mins)

£100 - Family Session up to 4 (90 mins) *

* For larger family sizes all sessions will need to be at least 90 minutes long, please enquire about the price and practicalities for these sessions

                                                                                                                                      

Cancellation notice for a session : 24 hours before the sessions starts.
 

Additional Information:

I offer long-term and short-term counselling.

The first session is mostly an opportunity for you to see whether I am someone you can feel safe and comfortable with to enable you to get the best effect from your therapy.

After the initial session, if we agree that continuing our sessions would be appropriate and potentially beneficial, we will meet regularly for 50 minutes each week.
 

Concession

£35 per session (50 minutes). Sessions can be offered to a limited number of clients at a reduced rate (daytime sessions only).

These sessions are suitable for trainee counsellors, and those finding themselves in particular circumstances.
